Sparkly, bubbly, botryoidal, wine-red, cuprite very richly fills the sculptural vug in dense, massive cuprite ore matrix on this showy and classic old-timer from the famous mines at Bisbee. There is more cuprite on the back of the piece. Undoubtably old, from the early 1900s to perhaps mid 1900s. Rich "copper ore" at 194 grams. Ex Wes Parker Collection and valued at $750
