Item Description

A nice miniature sized specimen featuring deep blood red colored crystals of Cuprite, associated with brighter red "needles" of Chalcotrichite (an acicular variety of Cuprite), on matrix from the Ray Mine in Arizona. Classic and excellent material from this well-known Arizona locale. The little crystals are best seen under magnification, and we've photographed them with a macro lens to better illustrate the quality.
