Item Description

A great Cuprite miniature specimen from this sulfide deposit in Russia about 35 km from Kazakhstan border. Several very sharp, rather lustrous, deep metallic red octahedra of Cuprite makes for an excellent overall display specimen. A bit of damage, but still good shape overall. For the size, it actually shows good color along the edges when backlit! These are going up in value it seems, as I have seen similar specimen priced at over $1000 at shows.
