Item Description
Glorious, scintillating, gemmy, variable forest-green, smithsonite rhombs with frosted faces cover the undulating surface of this outstanding old-timer from the upper oxidized levels from Tsumeb. The little knobs really add character. The superb 6 lines of printing on the 1.8 cm on the back label indicates this piece was part of a collection, that was auctioned in 1908! Ex Howard Belsky Collection. Valued at $1000-1500.
