Impressive, LARGE, pearlescent, pretty two-toned light apple-green cuprian smithsonite rhombs cover two sides of this rich and excellent example of this varietal from famed Tsumeb. VERY RARE in this crystal size and color, as the rhombs reach 2.2 cm on edge. I like the sculptural quality of this fine piece, as the rhombs envelope the layered matrix core. The striking primary display face is pristine and the noted periphery wear elsewhere is mostly out-of-sight and has minimal impact to the overall very high quality of this fine, classic and desirable rarity.
