Cuprian Smithsonite

Item Description

These cuprian (green) smithsonites have come in a few spurts from this old mine. This showy small cabinet plate is covered with small botryoids with a pleasing apple-green color. There are two vugs on the back with more smithsonite, as a bonus. A bit of bruising and periphery wear are noted, but this remains a highy representative and rich example of the species from this famous Arizona mine.
