Item Description
A beautiful intensely green smithsonite, colored by copper content. Such specimens were considered extremely rare and desirable, and found only a few times at this mine in its history. Self-collected by Harold Urish in 1995 on an underground trip in this mine (while he was well into his 70s in age!). Superb color intensity, on this piece!
