Item Description
Cuprian austinite is a rare varietal of austinite with the finest examples coming from Mina Ojuela, Lavrion in Greece and the Gold Hill Mine in Utah. Nifty translucent, bladed balls of seafoam-green crystals to 1.0 cm are aesthetically clustered in a sculptural cleft lined with starkly contrasting bubbly goethite botryoids on the sturdy gossan matrix. A choice combination example of this rare varietal from this famed locale with two fine display views.
