Item Description

A RARE, showy and rich combination specimen from famed Tsumeb and the Shields Flynn Collection. A sculptural 3.0 cm vug is lined with sharp, lustrous, rich forest-green cuprian adamite crystals (now Zincolivenite), which are dramatically accompanied by rare adamantine-lustre milky cerussite crystal sections. The hefty matrix is lustrous, wine-red granular cuprite richly embedded with light green olivenite and more cerussite sections. Specimens of this combination quality are very rare and desirable from Tsumeb. The piece displays well from either direction.
