Item Description
A highly sculptural, leaf-like thumbnail gold from Papua New Guinea. The overall form of both sides of the bright yellow leaf are that of hoppered, spinel-twins. A few nifty hoppered octos are noted along the edges. Specimens are seldom available from this remote locale in high mountains. Probably an older piece from the 1980s or 90s.
