Lustrous, rich golden-yellow, modified hoppered octahedrons and spinel-twins form this very aesthetic crystal cluster from a NEW, 2011 find in the famous Motherlode District (mine name will be disclosed in 2013). The striking, sharp, hoppered octo at the top is 1.3 cm. The sculptural quality is really enhanced by the large crystals at the crown and by the hole in the middle. An outstanding miniature with dramatic two-sided visual appeal, rich color and excellent crystallization. Valued $1250.
