Crystallized Gold "dinosaur"

Item Description

An adorable and sculptural crystallized gold thumbnail from Venezuela. It looks like an Apatosaurus (land) or Plesiosaur (sea) (dinosaurs) or a duck or goose with a very long neck (modern dinosuars!). The bright gold piece has a hackly "body" with embedded quartz, the "neck" is a long spinel-twin, and the "head" and "nose" are octahedrons. This came from Venezuelan finds around 2007-2008. A real gold cutie and seldom seen today.
