Item Description

Cronstedtite is a rare iron silicate of the Serpentine-Kaolinite Group and historic Pribram is the Type Locality. Lustrous, sub-metallic gray-black crystals to about 2 mm are nestled in a quartz-lined vug on this showy combination specimen from the Josef Vajdak Collection, a noted Czech specialist. Such specimens are VERY RARE from Pribram.
