Crocoite with Dundasite

Item Description

A cool association specimen of stark orange-red Crocoite with white Dundasite from the Kapi Mine. Crocoite is well-known to most collectors, but not a lot of people know about Dundasite which is is a secondary carbonate mineral found in the oxidization zone of lead deposits. This piece is best viewed under magnification, but it does show some very nice little Crocoite crystals with small radiating groups of small white Dundasite.
