Item Description
Bright reddish-orange, gemmy and lustrous, crocoite blades fill several vugs in the starkly contrasting, brecciated milky quartz with galena matrix on this very showy and excellent, old-time CABINET specimen from the famous Type Locality in the Ural Mountains. The intense red color, gemminess and luster of the prisms really adds to the attractiveness of this fine combination specimen. Ex Herb Obodda dealer stock and comes with an old faded German labed dated 1887. Herb valued this piece at $800, five or more years ago.
