Item Description

An impressive, sculptural small cabinet of essentially solid bladed crocoite from the famous Red Lead Mine. Older material from the 1960s or 70s, this very sturdy piece is loaded on all sides with striking jackstraw clusters of lustrous, translucent, orange-red blades to 6.5 cm. Every side presents an entirely different pespective to this fine and very showy piece. Heavy and rich lead-chromium ore at 383 grams. Valued at $800.
