A striking and sculptural dense jackstraw cluster of highly lustrous, partially gemmy reddish-orange crocoite prisms are richly and aesthetically set on the hefty sculptural gossan matrix. The crystals reach about 2.0 cm and are sharp, robust with high luster. This excellent specimen is from the famous Adelaide Mine of Tasmania. Rich lead ore at 452 grams or 1.0 pound mass. Comes with a custom-made and engraved lucite base valued at $175 for free. Excellent, colorful and rich crocoite from the well-known locale. We believe we can ship this safely packed in soap powder but it is a risk: So, sorry to say, we cannot ship this internationally unless absolved of risk if we do our best to get it there safely, and it would therefore be preferred if we could arrange hand delivery even if it takes a little time (but is possible to most places in USA).
