Item Description

Very nice representative specimen of classic, orange-red Crocoite crystals from the famous Red Lead Mine in Tasmania. The slender Crocoite crystals are very lustrous, and exceptionally gemmy for the species. The largest crystal is about 1.8 cm long, and they all show well. This is an aesthetic piece, and well representative for the locality. Minor damage, so valued around $100-150 only.
