Item Description
A very sharp cluster from finds circa 2005, of orange creedite. The best specimens of the time were these ball-shaped aggregates, aesthetic and balanced in size. This is special for the size, unusually complete, with well-splayed crystals to 1 cm and more all around. It can also stand on the little protruding stalk, if put in a base. Many people consider these shocking orange "hedgehogs" to be among best of species. At the time, it was a large find, but even then this would have been a good one for the size. Today, valued $1000-1500 when they turn up.
