Item Description
Aesthetic and sculptural, two-sided, small cabinet specimen of intergrown spherical clusters of gemmy and lustrous pretty orange to colorless creedite crystals from Mexico. The crystals reach about 7 mm long. The hole in the cluster adds a striking visual aspect to the specimen. Complete all-around, with very few broken crystals. The scattered attachments are small and very minimally detracting. This locality may be extinct, as we have heard that the tunnel collapsed. A very fine two-sided small cabinet example from the finds of the 2000s (around 2003-2009). Both sides look great on this excellent piece.
