Item Description

Radiant spheres consisting of spear shaped, light purple, sparkling Creedite crystals are well defined sitting on an unknown contrasting black mineral from the San Antonio Mine, Santa Eulalia, Mexico. Probably from the 1980s. Individual Creedite balls measure up to 1.1cm across with millimeter sized crystals fanning out in all directions. The translucent, almost icy looking spheres have a pleasing reflective shimmer under the light and shows the piece to be in excellent condition. High quality purple Creedites like this are hard to find in today's market. This older specimen has great isolation, superb luster and a good visual balance. Ex. Kurt Hefendehl collection.
