Item Description
Crednerite, CuMnO2, is an extremely rare copper species. This very rich miniature features several attractive, bright, metallic sprays of Crednerite crystals to 1.8 cm on massive and highly lustrous Crednerite. Associated is a fine dusting of Malachite, along with some white Calcite that is highly fluorescent. One of the best Crednerites I have seen, this piece is better yet in person. Originally priced at $160 in the 1990s - rich, and rare today.
