Summitville, Colorado covellite of this quality is rarer than Butte covellite and is considered by many to be the finest covellite in the world. This striking specimen features layered metallic plates of iridescent, golden and peacock-blue covellite on all three sides. Two faces on the piece have riveting golden and peacock-blue!
