Sharp and very attractive hexagonal Corundum crytal with one normal termination at the base and one polished termination. This upper (polished) termination allows you to see the very complex zoning within the crystal, as well as appreciate the incredible adamantine luster and catseye effect that the crystal has. If you could imagine what Copper would look like if it could have a gemmy, metallic luster, then you would know what this specimen's color and shimmer look like. Intriguing and aesthetic.
