Cornetite with Malachite (Zukowski Coll.)

A colorful specimen of the rare copper mineral cornetite is nicely accented by many tufts of green primary malachite and a couple of crusts of powder-blue chrysocolla. These striking specimens from this less commom Katanga locale appear only sporadically on the market and are much sought-after by collectors for their beautiful contrast of colors.
