Item Description
Scintillating botryoids of two-toned teal-blue cornetite accented with patches of bright green botryoidal malachite cover this showy, undulating plate from the Congo. The larger, lighter colored botryoids are beautifully translucent. Cornetites are the rarities amongst the copper minerals from Congo. They never come out in quantity, and are quickly snapped up when they do appear. The noted bruising is certainly a modest detraction. MUCH, MUCH BETTER IN PERSON!!! Old style, not found today.
