Cornetite & Chrysocolla w/ Heterogenite

A dramatic, very showy and uncommon combination specimen from the famous Star of Congo Mine. Pretty, translucent, teal-blue, cornetite micro-botryoids are richly and attractively sprinkled on the sculptural, bubbly, botryoidal, 3-dimensional specimen of pretty turquoise-blue chrysocolla strikingly accented with the lustrous to matte-finish, rare cobalt oxide, heterogenite. The heterogenite coats both the cornetite and chrysocolla. A bit of periphery wear is noted at the base of this excellent specimen. The combination of all three species on one striking specimen is rare from this famous locale.
