Item Description
Cornetite is one of the most sought after copper phosphates in the world, for it's amazingly beautiful color along with notable scarcity despite it's rather simple chemistry. This piece features beautiful blue aggregates of Cornetite with the typical "drusy" or sugary exterior that is often associated with this material. As you can clearly see, there are some exposed areas with underlain Chrysocolla, Malachite and possibly Dioptase(?). If you collect this material, don't miss out on this fine quality, colorful and eye-catching display specimen. Valued at $1,500 in the inventory.
