Item Description
Superb, sharp, large, tetrahexahedral copper crystals with a bright patina form a striking and aesthetic, two-sided, arborescent specimen from Copper Country. The dendritic pattern of the crystals on each side is variable and dynamic! The crystal crystals are particulary noteworthy, both in form and size, and reach 3.8 cm. Totally and solidly sharply crystallized on both sides, which is uncommon. This is an outstanding floater copper specimen, of a quality normally reserved for the Gallery or customers. The respected former dealer label indicates the piece was from the Larry Bailey Collection and was mined calculated in the early 1900s. Valued at $3000-3500.
