Item Description

A very sculptural and unusual, two-sided, stacked cluster of copper crystals from this famous mine. The crystals on the aesthetic front are sharp tetrahexahedrons with different, interesting forms and a nice patina. The back is distinctively different, as the crystals are cavenous, were probably attached to something, which subsequently was dissolved away. Very interesting chemistry here! Fine old-time crystallized copper from Copper Country.
