Item Description

An amazingly sculptural, large flattened, two-sided copper with accessories from Ray. Sharp tetrahexahedral to spinel-twinned crystals with bright to burnished patina are richly accented by silvery-bright, cherry-red cuprite crystals and masses, embedded rock matrix and even an area of soft, pearlescent gypsum! The dramatic, tapered, spinel-twinned, "rabbit ear" is stunning. One side has much more embedded rock matrix, than the other. This very artistic piece has many possible display views. A very fine copper from the Bob Trimingham Collection and from an early 1980s find. Value???
