Item Description
Here we have a fine example of an aesthetic, incredibly well-crystallized Copper specimen from one of the most historic and classic mining districts in the United States. This specimen is a good sized, very sharp, crystal group comprising dozens of elongated octahedra and dodecahedra creating unique and attractive little "arms" of Copper flaring out like some kind of organic plant life. These specimens are becoming more and more difficult to find on the market today, and this is a great display specimen of this most highly sought after material from Michigan. Hard to photograph, better in person. Rarely does one see such sharp Copper crystals like this from virtually any locality. Valued at $1600 retail.
