Item Description

Highly unusual, sharp, bladed copper crystals have dramatic sculptural form and are colorfully accented with copper oxides on this exceptional and rare style old specimen from Copper Country. The striking form of this piece makes it rare enough to have been in the famous John Barlow Collection. Barlow was a famous collector who had a huge collection built in the 1970s-1990s. His copper suite was superb and broad! This robust, sharp specimen is highly unusual and highly aesthetic. Valued at $2000 - but we have simply not seen such sharp and large examples of this chisel habit before, so it is hard to evaluate.
