Item Description

Michigan copper in calcite specimen are always highly desirable. This showy angled cluster of glassy, striated, calcite crystals is very richly included with bright copper microcrystals in the core of the cluster. The calcite terminations are copper free and the photos highlight the distinct zonation of the copper. The upper crystal is cleaved on the top and scattered modest bruising is noted. This remains a highly representative, old-time, two-sided example of the sought-after species and famous locale.
