A wonderfully sculptural and well-crystallized display specimen of Copper from the Copper Country of Michigan (no given mine on the label). The piece features sharp crystals is aesthetic formation which range in habit from mostly dodecahedra to octahedra, with notable modifications. The piece has a lot going on for a smaller specimen, and it's really good quality for the material. Certainly one of the better miniatures of crystallized Copper that we've offered in the auctions. As good as it may look in the photos, I think it's even better in person. Valued at $1000.
