Item Description
A classic example of the famous Coppers from the Keweenaw Peninsula in Michigan. This sculptural features attractive, sharp crystals with a beautiful metallic patina in the central portion, while the rest of the specimen has a light green oxidation of Malachite for a nice contrast. This area produced over 7,500,000,000 pounds of copper dating back 1845, and it's been about 100 years since there was serious production in the area.
