Item Description
An artistically sculptural two-sided crystallized Copper specimen from the Pewabic Lode of Copper Country in Michigan. The piece is LOADED with beautiful, branching, arborescent and "spinel"-twinned crystal formations that are intertwined and gently folding around each other to create a showy and three-dimensional display specimen. The patina ranges from a darker brown in some areas to a more lively bright "new penny" color in others. I love the contrast and character that can be seen from all sides, and the piece is essentially a complete "floater" with no visible damage or a point of contact anywhere. This superlative and classic old-time specimen is from a private Michigan collection. Dramatically sculptural and three-dimensional crystallized Copper from this famous area in Michigan. Specimen weight is 110.21 grams. Priced at $5,000 in the inventory.
