Item Description

Here we have a fine example of an aesthetic Copper specimen from one of the most historic and classic mining districts extant. It is a unique and branching arborescent specimen of Copper with notably sharp crystals, which vary in habit from dodecahedra to "Spinel"-Law twins. The piece has a superb patina, and couldn't be more aesthetic. These specimens are becoming more and more difficult to find on the market today, and this is a very nice display specimen of this most highly sought after material from Broken Hill.
