Item Description
Connellite is a relatively uncommon Copper sulfate with some of the most beautiful blue color in the mineral world. This specimen hosts a micro "spray" of acicular, electric blue color, gemmy, "needles" associated with minor green Mixite on matrix. The Connellite is best seen with a microscope, which is how I photographed it to best show off its quality. A nice reference specimen of this classic material from Utah.
