A rare complete set of our past Symposia on DVD, including the original "accidental year" when we first started this thing with two evening talks in a hotel ballroom to inaugurate the first 10,000 sq ft mineral gallery built in our field by Arkenstone, back in 2010! This, the very first DVD to ever go out to distribution with the Mineralogical Record to all subscribers free of charge to them, was our inaugural project with BlueCap Productions' Bryan Swoboda, to preserve and distribute talks giving critical information about this field. This first mailed-out DVD disc is very hard to come by now! It features two 45 minute "perspective" big picture talks by our friends Dr. Gene Meieran (on 60 years of collecting and watching the hobby change and grow up) and by Senator Harrison "Jack" Schmitt (collector, scientist, Senator, the only geologist on the moon, and Apollo Astronaut). Since then, the Mineralogical Record and BlueCap Productions have worked together to bring all subscribers so many wonderful DVDs including the WHAT'S HOT series from shows, the Pederneira Project Movie, and our own Symposium DVD's. We finally went fully online in 2019 with downloadable distribution of the talks through our website, at www.DallasSymposium.org. From 2011-2018, DVD's were mailed. This complete set includes the 2010 bonus DVD plus one of each "official" release year, from 2011-2018, in mint condition. A treasure trove of information!
