Columbite with Muscovite (rare) ex Obodda

A rare and very showy columbite combination specimen from Pech and the Herb Obodda dealer stock. The lustrous, tabular, twinned, black, columbite crystals, 1.2 cm across, are very deftly framed within a cluster of pearlescent, hexagonal, muscovite plates. Lustrous, snow-white cleavelandite blades below the columbites are a very nice accent. Columbite specimens of any variety are very rare from this noted locale. A really nifty, complete all-around piece. Herb valued this piece at $350, five or more years ago. A must for the species or locality collector.
