Item Description
Glorious rich top-of-the-line golden yellow color and striking lavender and light blue edge phantoms make this aesthetically intergrown pair of fluorite cubes an exceptional specimen from the famous Minerva No. 1 Mine. The two cubes are water-clear gem. Most of the highly lustrous prism faces are frosted with stepped-growth, EXCEPT for a corner on each crystal, that is glass-clear. You can see these in the photos, but they are much better in person. This outstanding highly desirable and classic small cabinet has two fine display views. STRIKINGLY, only the phantoms on the edges fluoresce! Valued at $1750-2000 and worth it. Golden yellow fluorites of this richness and quality are rare. This would be a $5000 piece, if one corner wasn't cleaved.
