Item Description
An aesthetic and classic fluorite combination specimen from the famous and now-closed Elmwood Mine. A gorgeous, 2.2 x 1.9 x 1.8 cm, fluorite cube is nicely set on a partial ball of bladed barite and silicified limestone matrix. The translucent, highly lustrous, cube has super purple color, scintillating, stepped-growth faces and beautiful, darker purple, color-zoned edges. This is classic, color, form and habit from Elmwood. Nearly pristine, with only very trivial edgewear. Ex Consie Prince Collection.
