Color-zoned Fluorite w/ Celestine (fluorescent)

Item Description

This is a classic Clay Center fluorite cube with rich cognac color in the interior with near colorless edge phantoms and outstanding luster and gemminess. This piece is from the major finds a few years ago. It has fine display quality from multiple angles and has only one lightly bruised corner. For added flavor the lustrous and colorless celestine blades on one side dramatize the fluorite. An excellent example for the size. This is also highly fluorescent a ghostly white color under UV light. The previous dealer label has a $500 price on it.
