Item Description
Transparent, lustrous, color-zoned fluorite cubes with interesting and subtle, stepped-growth faces cover the mounded matrix of rubyjack sphalerite on this showy and excellent combination specimen from the well-known Annabel Lee Mine. The cubes, to 2.1 cm, have amber cores followed by a very thin purple zone and then pretty light blue to the crystal faces. A scattering of lightly iridescent, golden chalcopyrite microcrystals is a very nice accent. Classic and showy combo material. Mined in 1985, according to the Larrry Krause label. No fluorescence.
