Item Description
A classic and very showy large miniature combination from the famous Elmwood Mine. Aesthetically intergrown, lustrous, translucent, fluorite cubes to 2.9 cm are nicely attached to a cleavage of rubyjack sphalerite crystals. The fluorites have intense, stepped-growth faces, giving a flashy, scintiallating look and classic, darker purple, edge phantoms surrounding the near-colorless cores. This striking piece is complete in the display view and nearly pristine, with only a trivial bit of edge wear to the large cube and one smaller cube. A very fine, older combination specimen from this noted locale from the Consie Prince Collection. MUCH BETTER IN PERSON!!
