Item Description
A classic and very showy combination specimen from the famous and now-closed Elmwood Mine. A lustrous, translucent, 2.4 x 2.0 x 2.0 cm, fluorite cube is aesthetically set on the end of splendent, partially gemmy, rubyjack sphalerite crystals. The fluorite has intene, stepped-growth faces, giving a flashy, scintiallating look and classic, darker purple, edge phantoms. The fluorite is very nearly pristine, with only the tiniest of barely visible cornerwear. A very fine combination specimen from this noted locale, with top-flight gemmy sphalerites.
