Item Description

Lustrous and translucent, color-zoned fluorite cubes to 1.3 cm are aesthetically scattered on the 3-dimensional matrix of sparkly, gray drusy quartz from this obscure locale near the famous Mina Ojuela. The cubes have intense, stepped-growth faces, giving a flashy, scintiallating look and classic, darker purple, edge phantoms. They look just like classic Elmwood fluorites, but are not! All of the cubes are pristine and the tan calcite rhombs on the back are a nice bonus. A very fine and uncommon combination specimen from this less well-known locale. Ex Dave Stoudt Collection # 928.
