Color-zoned Fluorite on Quartz

Item Description

A really cute combination specimen from the famous Yaogangxian Mine China. A gorgeous, glassy, water-clear fluorite cube has super purple color zoning and is elegantly perched on the side of a glassy, euhedral, quartz crystal. The fluorite is in super shape, complete on three sides and the top. Only a bit of barely visible edgewear is noted adjacent to the broken tip of the quartz crsytal, but is certainly not a detraction. Contemporary classic material from this well-known locale.
