Item Description
A classic and very showy combination specimen from the famous Elmwood Mine. Lustrous, translucent, fluorite cubes to 2.5 cm are aesthetically clustered on the matrix covered with lustrous dolomite rhombs. The fluorites have intense, stepped-growth faces, giving a flashy, scintiallating look and classic, darker purple, edge phantoms surrounding the very light purple cores. The large fluorite has very trivial corner wear. The rest of the cubes are pristine. A very fine, older combination specimen from this noted locale, probably dating to the 1970s or very early 80s. Ex Jaime Bird Collection. This fine piece displays well from several angles, as you can see. MUCH BETTER IN PERSON!!
